Space for People
EDIT Space for People was founded in Turin in 2017 as a symbol of urban redevelopment inside a former electric cable factory. Today, the project has expanded to three locations, two in Turin and one in Milan, and is an emblem of resilience and human value, a place of sharing and inclusion, an event space full of ideas and projects.

The 12 Lofts Project
The EDIT LOFTS project was launched thanks to the determination and vision of two extraordinary Turin-based entrepreneurs, Marco Brignone and his wife, Franca, both of whom have a deep connection with the city and its culture.
From the beginning, they have closely followed the development of this extraordinary project, actively participating in every choice, and contributing to making it unique thanks to their innate passion for art.
The execution of the project was entrusted to the Barbara Scott studio, which immediately embraced its originality, creating a unique atmosphere where colors and warmth blend harmoniously within a predominantly industrial building, with great attention paid to every detail to ensure maximum comfort. Design touches have been expertly integrated into a space that embraces conviviality every step of the way.

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and
late check-out are possible on request by writing to info@editlofts.com – subject to
availability.
An additional €50.00 fee will be applied to any early check-in before 2.00 pm, and to
any late check-out up to 2.00 pm. A €100.00 fee will be applied to any check-out
from 2.00 pm to 4:00 pm; while any check-out after 4:00 pm will entail an additional
cost equal to an entire night’s stay.
Once your booking is confirmed, a copy of your ID will be requested via WhatsApp and you will receive instructions for the smart check-in.
To check the price of an apartment during your dates of choice, we recommend going to the booking section, selecting the dates you are planning to book, and checking the price.
To find out how many people can stay in your apartment of choice, we recommend selecting the desired apartment and checking the number of guests allowed.
Yes, small- and medium-sized pets (up to 25 kg) are allowed, with the addition of a €50.00 fee for cleaning and sanitizing the space. The Dog Kit, including a kennel, water bowl, and food is included upon request and subject to availability.

Yes, a parking space with a charging station is available for a fee:
- for cars, the total cost is €30.00
- for SUVs, the total cost is €50.00

made at check-in.
The security deposit is requested as a guarantee against any damage to the structure and to any object inside the Loft, by pre-authorization on your credit card. The pre-authorization will be canceled at check-out, following a verification of the condition of the Loft.
In case of cancellation within 15 days of arrival (7:00 pm local time), no penalty will be applied. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% penalty will be applied. In case of cancellation less than 7 days ahead of arrival, no-show, or early departure, a penalty equal to the entire stay (100%) will be applied.
Yes, Loft 12 is fully accessible.
Smoking is prohibited, as is organizing parties, dinner parties, and photo shoots without express consent.
A cleaning service is provided for all stays longer than 4 days. If you require daily linen changes, extra sets of towels and sheets are available upon request for an additional €10 fee per set.
Yes, there are two supermarkets open every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 120 meters from the apartments.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. However, it is possible to smoke on the external terraces of some Lofts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12).
20 minutes by public transport, 15 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 35 minutes on
foot.
No, the laundry service is external and available for a fee upon request.
