About
Our History
In Turin, in a fast-evolving area of the city, just a few minutes away from the center, stands the post-industrial area of the former INCET electrical cable factory.
In 2015, the property was purchased by Marco Brignone, an entrepreneur who developed an original project aiming to combine contemporary trends, such as coworking and the sharing economy, with the world of Food and Beverage.
This is how the first social hub, EDIT Turin, was created: the first step was to design the brewery, where craft beer producers can use a 4.0 system under the advice of our master brewers and share their creations on site or elsewhere.
EDIT Torino’s goal is to be a social hub of hospitality where you can eat, drink, sleep and enjoy yourself, and where cultural, social, and food & beverage-related initiatives are born and welcomed.
This is how EDIT – Space For People was born.
EDIT Turin has now expanded with its spinoff stores: EDIT Porto Urbano; then, thanks to the collaboration with Feltrinelli Librerie, Feltrinelli Café | EDIT and Babitonga | EDIT opened their doors in Milan and Florence.
Past, present and future.
EDIT lives in the present, invests TODAY in a space from the PAST and gives it back to people, contributing to a better FUTURE for an entire neighborhood.
Change is in our name
In this day and age, change has become a must-have, a necessary step to build a sustainable future.
Giving back value, giving back life.
Imagining, investing, rebuilding and then giving back: this is what EDIT has done in the areas where it operates. Above all, EDIT had a vision – and believed in it all the way.
